The operator said the scholarship was intended to remove the financial barrier to postgraduate study and allow him to focus on his education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yansan\u00e9 received the scholarship in 2023 to pursue a Master\u2019s degree in private law at Kofi Annan University.
