The first consultation day took place at its Aboisso agency on October 20, with discussions centred on <strong>training, product availability<\/strong> and challenges affecting agents and concessionaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was organised by LONACI\u2019s Directorate for <strong>Sales and Network Management<\/strong> (DVGR), led by Pierre Kouassi, under the impetus of Director General Dramane Coulibaly. The consultation tour was led by Khalil Coulibaly, supervisor of the interior zones, accompanied by Sanogo Lassina, manager of LONACI\u2019s gaming halls, and Itchy L\u00e9opaul, Aboisso Zone Manager. It is therefore important to engage with you, gather your feedback from the field, and understand the difficulties encountered, what is working and what needs to be improved,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that the concerns raised would be analysed with his team to identify the causes of the difficulties and propose <strong>appropriate solutions<\/strong>. According to LONACI, the participating concessionaires welcomed the consultation approach and expressed satisfaction with the discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Aboisso meeting forms part of LONACI\u2019s wider programme of decentralised consultation days across 15 zones in the interior of C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, as well as Abidjan.
