Morocco.- The 2025 edition<\/strong> of the Equestrian Arab Horse Games Championship (EAHGC)<\/strong> has ended on a high note in El Jadia, Morocco<\/strong>, with impressive displays of horsemanship and a celebration of Arab equestrian excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The race, held from Friday, May 9, to Sunday, May 11, 2025,<\/strong> brought together 171 horses<\/strong> and riders from across the Arab world, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the host Morocco. It also featured riders from France, Italy and other European nations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EAHGC stands out as a major Arab equestrian event, featuring international showjumping competitions and a special emphasis on the Arabian horse breed, prized for its stunning appearance, impressive abilities and deep roots in regional culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition is usually structured into various classes based on horse age, jump height and rider expertise, with points awarded for speed, penalty-free rounds and rider-horse harmony. Highest-scoring riders take home medals, trophies and national accolades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given Morocco’s hosting duties for this year’s edition, the EAHGC was organised under Morocco’s Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The championship kicked off on Friday morning with a ceremonial parade of nations, followed by qualifying rounds. The main competitions were held on Saturday and Sunday, while the Grand Prix showjumping final<\/strong> took place on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n\n\n
