- LONACI has used its own resources for internal audits since 2024 and has now sought support from external firm Admyral Consulting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The audit will assess internal processes, verify compliance with applicable requirements and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- LONACI renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certification in February 2026 and also holds Level 3 Responsible Gaming certification from the World Lottery Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.- C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire\u2019s National Lottery operator (LONACI) has launched an internal audit<\/strong> of its quality management system as it prepares to maintain its ISO 9001:2015 certification, an international standard for quality management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The audit began at LONACI\u2019s headquarters in Marcory on October 12 and is scheduled to run until October 16. It will assess the effectiveness of internal processes, verify compliance<\/strong> with applicable requirements and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputy general director Abdoulkarim Ouattara<\/strong> said LONACI had conducted its internal audits using its own resources since 2024, at the request of director general Dramane Coulibaly. \u201cTo ensure compliance with current standards, we have sought the support of an external firm,\u201d Ouattara said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Admyral Consulting is involved in assessing the rigour of LONACI\u2019s controls and helping prevent any weakening in the application of internal procedures<\/strong>. Ouattara also stressed the importance of integrating quality into the company\u2019s daily practices, saying the objective extended beyond maintaining certification to ensuring the effectiveness of its management system.<\/p>\n\n\n

Following the review of quality policies and internal processes, the auditors will continue their work at LONACI agencies in Plateau, Aboisso, Yamoussoukro and Bouak\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
