The retreat, held in Monrovia<\/strong>, brought together the Authority\u2019s management team and heads of divisions, departments and units to review its operational framework and identify ways to improve coordination and service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a statement released by the NLA on October 10, discussions covered a review of the terms of reference (ToRs) for the Authority\u2019s various units, an assessment of existing work plans and whether departmental activities reflected their assigned responsibilities and the NLA\u2019s broader objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Management also examined the delegation of duties, reporting lines and potential overlaps or gaps in responsibilities. The exercise aimed to establish clearer lines of accountability and improve coordination between departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
