The session was moderated by Diane Mullenex of Pinsent Masons and Kevin Mullally, chief executive officer of the International Association of Gaming Regulators, according to information published by IMGL.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALGA said African markets should play an active role in international gaming discussions as their regulatory frameworks continue to develop.&nbsp;\u201cAfrica must not only participate in international conversations but actively contribute its experiences, perspectives and regulatory knowledge to shaping the future of the global gaming and <strong>lotteries landscape<\/strong>,\u201d said the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In September, Camara called for greater government engagement with Africa\u2019s gaming and lotteries sector during the <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/alga-deputy-chair-calls-for-greater-government-engagement-on-gaming\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"33984\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ALGA CEOs Forum 2026<\/a> in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
