Press release.-\u00a0Tech Race Summit 2026<\/strong>\u00a0brought igaming and global technology companies together to tackle the scaling, security, and AI challenges shared across high-load industries. The sold-out debut, organised by\u00a0SOFTSWISS<\/a>, brought around\u00a01,500 technology and igaming professionals<\/strong>\u00a0to Warsaw on September 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The summit gathered representatives of more than 25 igaming companies and more than 40 speakers<\/strong> across three stages: Vision, Solution, and Experiment. 17 partners also joined the event, creating a meeting point for operators, technology providers, and experts working on AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product development, and high-load systems.<\/p>\n\n\n

Technology lessons from Tesla, Shazam, and igaming<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The programme connected strategic technology questions with cases already tested inside global technology companies and igaming businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Javier Verdura<\/strong>, global director of product design at Tesla, shared his experience of building teams with stronger ownership and accountability in \u201cBuilding High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla.\u201d Dhiraj Mukherjee<\/strong>, co-founder of Shazam, examined leadership through major shifts in technology in \u201cFrom Shazam to Generative AI: Why the Biggest Technology Shifts Always Look Impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Igor Borzunov<\/strong>, CTO at Maincard, presented \u201cFrom 3 AM Pages to 30 Seconds: Building an Autonomous AI Ops Agent.\u201d He showed how his team used an autonomous AI operations agent to bring incident reaction time down to 30 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexander Krivetsky<\/strong>, CTO at BGaming, presented \u201cAI-powered Fraud Detection System: From Idea to Production in Just 3 Months\u201d. The three-month development process covered data preparation, model training, integration, and the work needed to turn an initial idea into a system ready for production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experts from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Google, Gcore, Fastly, ScyllaDB, Coralogix, and other technology companies brought experience from outside igaming. Their sessions addressed production AI, infrastructure, security, observability, performance marketing, and real-time systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exchange continued away from the stages. Operators, technology leaders, engineers, and partners used the summit to compare approaches, discuss shared technology challenges, and build connections across companies and sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOFTSWISS showed its approach to AI-assisted development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SOFTSWISS used Tech Race Summit 2026 to give attendees a closer look at how the company applies AI inside its own software development processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \u201cFrom Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI,\u201d Illia Slepau<\/strong>, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, showed how the company has developed an internal Orchestrator to coordinate AI agents across the development process while keeping validation and approval with human teams. For technology teams, this means spending less time coordinating AI-generated work while keeping control over code quality; for the business, it can shorten the path from an idea to a verified software change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tech Race Summit was created to give technology a more prominent place in an igaming event calendar, often centred on commercial growth and regulation. Its first edition connected igaming experience with expertise from companies working on AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, high-load systems, and global digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
