Master Distributors notice, <strong>applications<\/strong> opened on September 1 2026 and will remain open until September 30. The notice reads: \u201cIn order to extend its distribution network, the General Management of LNB S.A. wishes to recruit new Master Distributors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative targets existing economic operators that already have a<strong> primary business<\/strong> and want to commercialise LNB lottery products as a secondary activity. LNB says Master Distributors play a strategic role in the development of its sales network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must already operate in their chosen geographic area and have several high-potential points of sale for the deployment of lottery terminals. They must also be able to coordinate and supervise multiple outlets and maintain a permanent presence in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses must have an up-to-date RCCM (commercial registration) covering the <strong>commercialisation<\/strong> of lottery products, or provide proof that they have applied to update their registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key requirement is the ability to deploy a minimum of 50 lottery terminals when operations begin. Applicants must also be able to operate them full-time to meet the objectives set by LNB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial requirements set out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial requirements include a FCFA50,000 (US$88) deposit per terminal, amounting to FCFA2.5m (US$4,425) for 50 terminals. Applicants must also pay FCFA20,000 (US$35) per terminal for initial <strong>reloading<\/strong>, equivalent to FCFA1m (US$1,770) for 50 terminals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the <strong>minimum deployment<\/strong>, the two amounts total FCFA3.5m (US$6,195). LNB says that the deposit and initial reloading payment are refundable if the application is not selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must make the required payments into a Benin National Lottery bank account at the International Bank for Industry and Commerce (BIIC), according to the notice. Master Distributors will also be required to work closely with the relevant LNB Regional Agency Manager to monitor and improve<strong> point-of-sale performance<\/strong>.
