Burkina Faso.- Burkina Faso\u2019s National Lottery (LONAB) has reported a 9 per cent year-on-year progression<\/strong> in its <\/strong>sales execution rate, as the operator prepares for upcoming regional lottery activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The update was given during LONAB\u2019s monthly national-colours ceremony at its headquarters, where Aymar Tiendrebeogo, technical adviser serving as interim director-general, outlined the operator\u2019s commercial performance<\/strong> and priorities for the coming weeks, according to a LONAB statement. According to figures presented by LONAB, the rate of sales execution progressed by 9 per cent compared with the same period last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiendrebeogo said the results \u201creflect the commitment and professionalism<\/strong> of all those who work daily to promote the institution,\u201d while encouraging staff to maintain the momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LONAB is also preparing for the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) Masse Commune, scheduled for early September, as part of its ongoing lottery activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest update builds on LONAB\u2019s strong first-half performance, with the operator having achieved 102 per cent of its H1 target<\/a>. The August results provide a further indication of the lottery\u2019s commercial momentum as it moves through the second half of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony also addressed outstanding social-liability documentation, with staff called on to complete and sign the remaining conciliation documents so that the process can be closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest figures add to the picture of continued commercial momentum at LONAB, following its strong first-half performance and ahead of its mid-year review and upcoming UEMOA activity. <\/p>\n\n\n
