The meeting formed part of Board President Maxime Compaor\u00e9\u2019s tour to better understand conditions on the ground, strengthen support for teams and share the company\u2019s strategic priorities, according to a LONAB statement. Zarani said: \u201cA result that reflects the collective commitment of teams across the country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The six operations represented were D\u00e9dougou, Hound\u00e9, Boromo, Banfora, Gaoua and the Bobo-Dioulasso sales department. Their managers presented their activities, staffing levels and operational difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compaor\u00e9 congratulated staff on the results achieved and encouraged teams to maintain the performance momentum recorded since the beginning of the year. He also said the Board would continue working with management and advocate with the <strong>relevant authorities <\/strong>for solutions to the issues raised, particularly those involving human resources, equipment and infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The managers raised concerns including insufficient personnel, internet connectivity problems, a shortage of terminals and <strong>working conditions<\/strong> at some agencies operating from borrowed premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussions also focused on <strong>strict compliance<\/strong> with procedures, stronger hierarchical control of funds, liquidity management and intensified internal controls.
