The lottery said the semi-finals demonstrated the growing maturity of professional football in Guinea and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country\u2019s youth, in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lottery said its involvement forms part of its <strong>corporate social responsibility<\/strong> (CSR) policy. LONAGUI said: \u201cBeyond athletic performance, this event embodies a major lever for emancipation and social cohesion for our country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FC S\u00e9quence de Dixinn and RCC Kamsar will contest the 2025\/26 LONAGUI League Cup final after respective semi-final wins over Loubha FC and Gangan FC. The tournament is in its third edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LONAGUI\u2019s involvement builds on its financial backing of the competition. In January, the lottery said its Marketing, Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility teams had worked with the LGFP technical committee on the tournament and that its <strong>financial support<\/strong> had helped bring the League Cup back for two consecutive years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LONAGUI said its role in the competition reflects its commitment to developing Guinean sport and supporting young people. \u201cDeveloping national sport means investing directly in Guinea&#8217;s <strong>human capital<\/strong>,\u201d the lottery said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The football sponsorship comes alongside other recent LONAGUI initiatives. On August 3, the lottery launched its fourth <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/guineas-national-lottery-launches-fourth-scholarship-programme-for-masters-students\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"30306\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">scholarship programme<\/a>, offering 15 fully funded master\u2019s scholarships, including dedicated awards for women and disadvantaged students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In July, LONAGUI also provided financial support to the <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/guineas-national-lottery-backs-public-health-initiative-for-people-with-albinism\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"29823\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Union of People with Albinism<\/a> of Faranah to fund sunscreen for people living with albinism.
