Benin.- Benin\u2019s National Lottery (LNB S.A.) is expanding access to its games with a new 8 am draw and by bringing its midnight draw to physical outlets, as the operator pushes ahead with plans to broaden its distribution network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two measures took effect on August 13, 2026, according to an LNB S.A. press release. LNB has introduced a new 8 am draw, giving bettors an additional opportunity<\/strong> to participate at the start of the day. The draw is available through all distribution channels, according to the lottery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lottery has also made its midnight draw available at physical points<\/strong> of sale. The midnight draw was previously available through digital channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest measures come as LNB expands its distribution network after reporting a 60 per cent rise in first-half<\/a> net profit to FCFA1.348bn (US$2.4m), while revenue increased 4 per cent to FCFA49.937bn (US$87.8m), according to its July 30 2026 First-Half Activity Report. LNB plans to deploy 1,500 new terminals in the second half of 2026, increase draw frequency, reactivate inactive players, expand into rural areas through mobile teams and reopen four pilot sales outlets.<\/p>\n\n\n
