The lucky player purchased the winning ticket via the Capitec banking app<\/strong>, with a R20 bet <\/strong>using the Quick Pick option<\/strong> on Wednesday, April 30, 2025<\/strong>, for draw number 2537.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winning numbers for the draw were: 4, 6, 17, 18, 21, and 40, with a bonus ball of 1. The jackpot prize was precisely R12,721,735<\/strong> (\u20ac625,456).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The senior citizen felt immense relief upon learning of their life-changing win, revealing that they and their spouse had been struggling with serious health issues, and the financial strain had become unbearable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said: “Now, we’ll finally be able to access the quality care we need \u2013 this win couldn’t have come at a better time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
