Since its inception in 1983, the Ministry has trained women and at-risk groups in bead-making, tie-dying and other crafts &#8211; initiatives that have already had a tangible impact on communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Education leader and GHACOE advocate, <strong>Theodosia Jackson<\/strong>, echoed the call to action, praising the Ministry&#8217;s track record in empowering women and youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRather than spending time at prayer camps searching for miracles, young people must focus their energy on productive ventures that create real opportunities,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GHACOE&#8217;s outreach spans beyond skills training.
