The lottery&#8217;s management said no such contract exists, or has ever existed, between LONASE and F\u00e9nial Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reports linked the alleged agreement to the tenure of Toussaint Manga, who served as LONASE director general until <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/africa\/senegal-appoints-abdourahmane-balde-as-lonase-director-general\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abdourahmane Bald\u00e9 was appointed to the role<\/a> in July.
