The latest recruitment reflects LONAB’s continued investment in organisational capacity and follows a series of initiatives this year to expand its retail footprint<\/strong>, create jobs and strengthen its operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The recruits, who were officially welcomed during an induction ceremony at LONAB’s headquarters on August 3, will reinforce departments including marketing, information technology, internal audit, sales management, human resources, accounting, legal affairs, and monitoring and evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Addressing the new recruits, Ibrahim Zarani, director general, said they had been selected through a rigorous recruitment process to equip the organisation with the expertise required to support its long-term development. “Your recruitment is the result of a rigorous process aimed at identifying the most suitable profiles to support LONAB in its mission to create economic and social value<\/strong> for the benefit of Burkina Faso,” Zarani said.<\/p>\n\n\n He encouraged the new employees to demonstrate humility, curiosity, commitment and respect for their senior colleagues while carrying out their duties with professionalism, ethics and a commitment to excellence. Zarani also assured them of the management team’s support throughout their careers at LONAB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Human Resources director L\u00e9a Bonkoungou said human capital remains LONAB’s greatest asset, explaining that the induction programme was designed to help new employees better understand the lottery’s mission<\/strong>, values and operations while ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the ceremony, director of internal audit and inspection S\u00e9raphin Kiema presented LONAB’s history, organisational structure, product portfolio<\/strong> and contribution to Burkina Faso’s socio-economic development. He also outlined the organisation’s core values of professionalism, integrity, innovation and responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The latest recruitment comes as LONAB continues investing in its business.
