Mauritius.- Mauritius national lottery operator Lottotech<\/strong> has reported steady growth in employee volunteering, with its workforce contributing 4,197 volunteer hours across 132 community projects <\/strong>since 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative has focused on eight priority areas, including education, healthcare, environmental protection, poverty reduction and social inclusion, as the lottery operator continues to integrate corporate responsibility into its long-term business strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the company, employee participation in its volunteering programme has increased consistently since 2020, with volunteer hours rising from 703<\/strong> in the programme’s first year to a cumulative 4,197 by 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lottery operator said the figures demonstrate a structured approach to community engagement rather than one-off charitable activities. It added that the volunteering programme forms part of its broader environmental, social and governance (ESG) <\/strong>commitments, encouraging employees to contribute their time and skills to causes that deliver lasting benefits to communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
