Companies on the list include BBS Bank, Heineken Beverages Botswana, Orange Botswana, Access Bank Botswana, Stanbic Bank Botswana, Marketing Worx, FSG Assurance, ExpressCredit, Chicken Licken, Clover Botswana and PepsiCo Botswana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the authorised campaigns are BBS Bank\u2019s Rise With BBS Future Ready, Orange Botswana\u2019s Wheel of Fortune and Hybrid Konnecta Subscribe and Win, Access Bank Botswana\u2019s Save &amp; Win Campaign, Chicken Licken\u2019s Win A TV, Heineken Beverages Botswana\u2019s Perfect Together 2026 and Amarula Consumer Campaign, and FSG Assurance\u2019s Stick With Us, Rest Assured. The promotions are scheduled to run between January and October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Authority advised consumers to confirm that any promotional competition appears on the approved list before participating and encouraged them to report unauthorised campaigns through its official reporting channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Botswana\u2019s regulations, businesses must obtain the Authority\u2019s approval before launching promotional competitions involving an element of chance. Applicants are required to submit details of the competition, prizes, advertising materials and audit arrangements, while an independent auditor or accountant must verify the fairness of prize draws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice aligns with the regulator&#8217;s broader mandate to strengthen consumer protection and improve transparency in Botswana&#8217;s gambling sector.
