Nicole Yilboudo, director of LONAB’s Bobo-Dioulasso Main Agency, said the Banfora agency achieved a 97.03 per cent completion rate<\/strong> during the first half of 2026 despite operating with a “reduced workforce”, according to a LONAB statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Welcomed by Banfora Agency Head Abdoul Ouedraogo, the delegation held a working session to review the agency’s results, operational challenges and development prospects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ouedraogo said the visit reflected the leadership’s commitment to listening to employees’ concerns. He highlighted the agency’s key challenges<\/strong>, including understaffing and recurring internet connectivity problems in some localities under its jurisdiction, which continue to affect day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking during the meeting, Compaor\u00e9 congratulated employees on the results achieved and their daily efforts, describing the Banfora agency as strategic to LONAB. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Compaor\u00e9 said: \u201cThe performance demonstrates the commitment and professionalism <\/strong>of the teams. We encourage you to keep up the momentum.
