The notice applies to PML applications from directors,&nbsp;managers&nbsp;and officers of <strong>licensed gambling businesses<\/strong>, as well as horse owners&nbsp;required&nbsp;to hold PMLs under the GRA&#8217;s regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GRA said:\u00a0&#8220;We are pleased to inform you that applications can henceforth be submitted via our <strong>online platform <\/strong>with the supporting documents. No hard copies are required unless requested to\u00a0produce.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must&nbsp;submit&nbsp;supporting documents including proof of identity, a recent passport photograph, proof of&nbsp;address&nbsp;and a certificate of character.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horse owners&nbsp;are also required to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;additional&nbsp;<strong>financial and ownership information<\/strong>.
