Botswana.- The Botswana Gambling Authority<\/strong> has expanded its responsible gambling outreach through its participation in the 4th edition of the Betway Clash of Legends 2026<\/strong>, a charity football event featuring former stars from Botswana and South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition, primarily supported by Betway as title sponsor, brought together thousands of fans for a high-profile exhibition match aimed at celebrating football heritage while contributing to charitable causes. It featured former stars from Township Rollers <\/strong>and Mochudi Centre Chiefs<\/strong> playing alongside legends from Kaizer Chiefs<\/strong> and Orlando Pirates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fixture also attracted key stakeholders from the sporting and public sectors, including President Duma Gideon Boko and First Lady Kaone Boko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement issued on Sunday, June 20, after the match, the authority said the Clash of Legends 2026 provided a strong platform for advancing its corporate social responsibility objectives, particularly in promoting responsible gambling and supporting broader community development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
