LONACI said: “The proximity approach allowed Coulibaly to engage directly with network stakeholders and identify difficulties encountered in the field.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n The initiative also included surprise visits to betting outlets, aimed at maintaining direct contact with customers and network partners while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
