The first forum brought together leaders from the gambling and lottery sector across 23 African countries. Discussions focused on regulatory alignment, industry collaboration, and strategies to support economic growth across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on that foundation, ALGA said the 2026 edition will continue to serve as a high-level platform for CEOs, policymakers, regulators, investors, entrepreneurs, academics and innovators. The association is inviting thought leaders, executives, industry experts and professionals to submit proposals to speak at the 2026 forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is open to people working in areas such as gaming and lotteries, public policy, entrepreneurship, investment, youth empowerment, women\u2019s leadership, innovation and continental development strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the organisation, the forum provides speakers with an opportunity to present insights to a continental and international audience, engage with senior decision-makers and contribute to shaping industry direction. It also offers a platform for building partnerships and professional networks across sectors and countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALGA said that a wide range of speaking themes will be available through the official application process.
