The operator said the position would further support ethical gaming practices and help meet the demands of an increasingly regulated and data-driven environment<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sun International CEO Ulrik Bengtsson said:\u00a0“To underscore Sun International\u2019s leadership in responsible gambling<\/strong>, we have appointed a full-time group responsible gambling manager. Tumelo will\u00a0set\u00a0our responsible gambling policy and framework, ensure the training of our people, and\u00a0ultimately ensure\u00a0that we adhere to our Responsible Gambling Charter, meaning that customers are safe and that we\u00a0remain\u00a0compliant with regulations.”\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bengtsson added that the role would play a key role in embedding responsible gambling across the business.\u00a0“The responsible gambling manager will act as a link between customers, staff, regulators, and support organisations to ensure we follow best practice and foster a culture of sustainable and responsible gambling across the group,”\u00a0he said.<\/p>\n\n\n Mokoena brings expertise in responsible gambling, public health research and industry advocacy to the role.
