The feature now allows operators to segment players by deposit activity, betting behaviour, loyalty data, tags, payment methods, sportsbook activity, and more. Multiple filters can be combined to create more detailed player groups for retention and engagement campaigns. Player lists refresh automatically as conditions change, helping brands respond more quickly to player behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built as a standalone service rather than part of the platform, the segmentation feature maintains stable performance even under high workloads. According to SOFTSWISS’ internal data, 99.5 per cent of player events are delivered in real time.
