During the visit, the delegation explored the role of <strong>Information and Communication Technology <\/strong>(ICT) in lottery operations and public service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Representatives from the NLA\u2019s Strategy and Business Improvement (SBI) Department guided the group through <strong>lottery draw procedures<\/strong> at Brennan Hall, providing insight into the systems and processes behind live draws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visiting students also participated in the drawing of the five winning numbers during the Noonrush Draw and Afriluck Mid-Day Cash Draw.
