The operator said its Locker Room Bonus scheme generated one of the largest financial injections in recent NNL history, rewarding players, coaches, clubs and administrators across the campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Across the league, betPawa distributed over \u20a6287m (US$210,000) through the initiative alone, before end-of-season awards and Super 4 payments pushed the overall total above \u20a6295m (US$216,000). The season\u2019s final awards added another \u20a68.1m, with Sporting Lagos striker Adebayo Oyedele winning the top scorer prize and Yahaya Hussaini named Most Valuable Player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sporting Lagos striker Adebayo Oyedele secured the Highest Goalscorer award and received \u20a6880,000 (US$647), while Yahaya Hussaini was named the league\u2019s Most Valuable Player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba claimed the <strong>Best Goalkeeper <\/strong>award. Coach Paul Offor won Best Coach, while Barnabas Imenger secured the Goal of the Season prize. At club level, Smart City FC received \u20a6400,000 (US$294) after being named Best Behaved Team, while Inter Lagos secured the Best Supporters Club award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sporting Lagos won the Super 4 title on goal difference despite a 1-0 defeat to Inter Lagos on the final day, while Ranchers Bees beat Doma United 3-1 in the other match. Sporting Lagos received an additional payout of more than \u20a62m (US$1,470) through betPawa\u2019s expanded Super 4 package, taking its season total to more than \u20a618m (US$13,225). Inter Lagos and Doma United each received \u20a611.6m (US$8,517).
