The platform was positioned around the theme of moving \u201cfrom inclusion to influence\u201d with a focus on creating stronger leadership pathways and long-term representation for women across the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The association confirmed the appointment of Annalisa Samuels as Chief Executive Officer, Shirley Tallam as Group Secretariat, Lucy Mwendwa as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Investment, and Judith Kgoroba as Head of Events and Stakeholder Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership, impact and inclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ALGA said the new leadership team would help shape WIGLA\u2019s operations, strengthen <strong>stakeholder engagement <\/strong>and expand its long-term impact across the continent.
