Lottotech said it supports more than 700 local retailers<\/strong> across Mauritius and, in a LinkedIn post released in April 2026, noted that it had retained its third consecutive Level 4 recertification from the World Lottery Association (WLA), while lottery proceeds continue to contribute to public services, community development<\/strong> and sustainability initiatives across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The company said: \u201cFrom funding<\/strong> essential public services to strengthening communities, every play contributes to something meaningful.\u201d The operator added that its impact extends beyond gaming, with funding directed towards programmes that empower women, support children<\/strong> and promote environmental protection, while also strengthening small business participation through its nationwide retail network<\/strong>. The company also reported retailer commissions of Rs160m (\u20ac2.9m) in 2024, further underlining its contribution to local businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Further reinforcing its responsible gaming credentials, Lottotech said its third consecutive WLA Level 4 recertification<\/strong> makes it the first lottery in Africa to achieve the milestone.
