LONACI stated that the activity is intended to support continuous improvement of compliance systems within the organisation\u2019s lottery and gaming operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The programme combined structured sessions and group activities. These included quizzes on quality management and responsible gaming policies, problem-solving games such as tower-building exercises, icon recognition tasks, painting activities, card games, sports sessions and wellness-focused activities including yoga. The sessions were designed to test understanding of internal procedures while also improving collaboration among participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Organisers noted that the format was intended to reinforce practical understanding of compliance obligations and operational standards rather than theoretical training alone. The engagement also provided a platform for staff feedback on implementation challenges linked to quality controls and responsible gaming protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n LONACI indicated that outcomes from the sessions will feed into ongoing corrective action plans linked to the audit findings. The regulator added that it will continue monitoring adherence to QMS requirements across departments and strengthen internal communication on responsible gaming policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Going forward, the company expects focal points to apply the lessons from the programme in daily operations, particularly in monitoring compliance, reporting deviations and responsible gaming enforcement.
