The directive is part of standard consumer protection measures applied when a licensed or previously active operator exits the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the regulator did not publicly state the reason for BETKUMI\u2019s closure, such exits are often linked to licensing issues, financial viability challenges or failure to meet regulatory obligations.
