Liberia.- Liberia\u2019s gaming regulator, the National Lottery Authority (NLA)<\/strong>, has signed an agreement with Seven Blue Ltd <\/strong>to implement an online gaming licensing system focused on non-resident operators offering services in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to officials, the platform will replace manual and disjointed approval processes with a centralised digital framework for licensing, oversight and compliance management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Authority stated that the system will support real-time verification of applicants and provide structured regulatory controls for international operators seeking access to the Liberian market. It will also create a unified database of licensed entities, enabling the regulator to track operational status, licence validity and compliance history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the planned structure, non-resident operators will be required to apply through the digital platform, submit compliance documentation and meet conditions set by the Authority before approval. The system is also expected to integrate reporting tools that allow continuous monitoring of operator activity after licensing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
