Liberia.- The National Lottery Authority (NLA) <\/strong>has launched a nationwide administrative reform process, with its Deputy Director-General for Administration, Ennish Lamie Fahnbulleh<\/strong>, leading an inspection and engagement tour across regional offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exercise, which commenced on March 23<\/strong> in Monrovia, focuses on reviewing internal systems and strengthening the Authority\u2019s operational structure. According to the NLA, the tour is designed to assess administrative practices, identify gaps in service delivery and introduce standard procedures aligned with public sector management principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The engagements will assess regional managers and staff on compliance with existing regulatory policies, while also addressing workplace conditions, internal communication and coordination between departments. The Authority said the process will help streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency across its operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fahnbulleh clarified that the aim of the review is to improve institutional performance and not penalise staff. He urged employees to cooperate with the process and align with updated procedures aimed at improving transparency and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the initiative, the NLA\u2019s Internal Audit department is also conducting a staff verification process. The newly appointed Head of the Internal Audit Agency unit, Lucia Weah Tuan<\/strong>, will accompany the delegation to carry out headcounts and confirm personnel records across regional offices. The audit process is expected to support compliance measures and reduce administrative inconsistencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NLA said findings from the tour will inform further structural adjustments and policy updates. Management indicated that the outcomes will include improved regulatory oversight of lottery activities, better staff coordination and more consistent service delivery nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n
