The visit forms part of preparatory engagements ahead of the <strong>Enugu Gaming Conference 2026<\/strong>, scheduled for <strong>July 29\u201330<\/strong> at the <strong>Enugu International Conference Centre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At AGE Lagos, the Enugu delegation plans to hold meetings with operators, technology providers, investors and other industry stakeholders. Discussions will focus on the implementation of the <strong>Enugu State Gaming Laws 2025<\/strong>, which outline a framework for structured licensing, compliance and digital gaming operations within the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Commission is also expected to present opportunities within Enugu\u2019s betting and igaming market and the South East region. Officials will outline areas for local value creation, including software development, platform engineering, payment systems and regulatory technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key priority for the regulator is promoting a shift from reliance on imported gaming infrastructure to locally developed solutions.
