Côte d’Ivoire’s national lottery operator asks players and internet users to share suggestions on how its services can be improved.

Côte d’Ivoire.- The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has called on players and members of the public to share feedback on its services as part of ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.

In a message posted on its official social media channels on March 9, the state lottery operator invited internet users to submit suggestions on areas where its services could be improved.

LONACI said: “We wish to collect your opinions. We would like to know what are some aspects that you do not appreciate or that could be improved.” The organisation added that suggestions and observations from the public would help it strengthen service delivery and better meet the expectations of players.

LONACI plays a central role in Côte d’Ivoire’s regulated gambling sector. Established as the country’s national lottery operator, it is responsible for organising and managing lottery games and other authorised gaming products while contributing revenue to public development initiatives.

The company has historically positioned itself as both a gaming operator and a contributor to national development through social and economic projects funded by lottery proceeds. The latest outreach reflects a growing trend among African state lotteries to use social media platforms to engage directly with players and gather feedback on their products and services.
