Ghana.- Ghana\u2019s National Lottery Authority<\/strong> (NLA) Welfare Association has welcomed a new executive team<\/strong>, reflecting a transparent, democratic process that not only strengthens staff engagement and accountability<\/strong> but also highlights the professionalism and integrity <\/strong>of the country\u2019s regulated lottery operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NLA said: “Ghana\u2019s NLA Welfare Association has ushered in a new leadership<\/strong> team, highlighting a smooth, democratic process focused on advancing staff welfare and collaboration<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The election drive<\/strong> began as staff declared their intentions, collected nomination<\/strong> forms, went through vetting and spent several days campaigning across the Authority. Members nationwide cast their votes at the Head Office\u2019s Discounters\u2019 Foyer in Accra, with simultaneous polling<\/strong> at all regional and district offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director-General Mohammed Abdul Salam<\/strong> set the tone for the day by casting his vote and encouraging staff to participate in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Welfare Association congratulated the new executives as they assume responsibility for representing employees <\/strong>across the Authority. The newly elected leaders<\/strong> are David Ntim (Chairman), Elizabeth Osei-Gyan (Vice Chairperson), Francis Atawuneh (General Secretary), Johnson Adu (Assistant General Secretary), Eugene Dadzie (Organiser), Matilda Adzogah (Financial Secretary) and Issaka Aboagye (Treasurer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By maintaining strong governance<\/strong> and engaging staff through transparent <\/strong>and democratic processes, the Welfare Association strengthens internal operations and supports the wider mandate<\/strong> of the NLA as Ghana\u2019s regulated lottery operator.<\/p>\n\n\n
