Nigeria.- Nigeria international goalkeeper Amas Obasogie<\/strong> has been suspended for three months by Tanzanian Premier League side Singida Black Stars SC<\/strong> over allegations of match-fixing. Obasogie was instructed to step aside from all football-related duties pending the outcome of a probe into the claims of match manipulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The club announced the disciplinary action on Friday in an official statement published via its X account and the CEO\u2019s office. However, it did not disclose which matches or incidents triggered the investigation into the player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspension bars Obasogie from all club-related activities for 90 days<\/strong> as the Disciplinary Committee <\/strong>reviews evidence and the circumstances surrounding the alleged betting-related conduct.
