Both provide treatment adherence support, psychosocial services and community programs for orphaned and vulnerable children, adolescents, youth and families affected by HIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NLC team reviewed programme operations and engaged with CBO leadership and staff to discuss their service delivery experiences. The commission emphasised the role of structured mentoring, capacity building, governance support and continuous technical assistance in strengthening organisational performance and service delivery at the grassroots level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engagement forms part of the NLC\u2019s oversight mandate, aimed at ensuring that lottery funds are used for their intended purposes in the charitable sector. Lottery funding has supported hundreds of community-based initiatives nationally, contributing to employment and service delivery.
