They must also provide necessary records for ongoing tax audits and grant full access to their systems for audit purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other documents the betting companies must submit include tax compliance certificates for the company and its directors. They must also have integrated their systems with KRA for daily tax remittances and data transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The KRA said in the memo: &#8220;The relevant documents\/records should be delivered to the KRA Offices at Ushuru Pension Plaza, Muthangari Drive or to the official email addresses of the relationship managers. KRA remains committed to support all taxpayers to comply with their tax obligations in a timely and efficient manner.
