According to organisers, GTSA provides a neutral environment for stakeholders to move beyond broad discussions towards concrete solutions. David Moshi<\/strong>, a Member of the Organising Committee, said the summit aims to give industry leaders a platform to promote responsible and sustainable growth through regulatory coherence, stronger oversight and cross-border collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Scheduled sessions at the summit will allow established operators and emerging innovators to showcase solutions, build partnerships and explore investment opportunities in African markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Previous editions have built a strong track record, beginning with the inaugural event in June 2024<\/strong> at Nairobi\u2019s Safari Park Hotel<\/strong>, which brought together stakeholders from more than 15 countries <\/strong>to discuss AI integration, blockchain, fraud prevention and regulatory alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 2025 edition<\/strong>, held June 2\u20136<\/strong>, drew more than 600 attendees<\/strong>, featured 50+ speakers<\/strong> and included more than 25 African regulators<\/strong>, with discussions on responsible gaming, payment innovation, customer protection and policy coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The summit comes as Africa\u2019s gaming sector continues to expand rapidly. Recent data show the market reached more than $1.8bn in 2024<\/strong>, up 12.4\u202fper cent<\/strong> year-on-year, six times the global average, driven largely by mobile access.
