The session highlighted a culture of internal dialogue and <strong>collaboration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting on February 20 brought together Director General <strong>Dramane Coulibaly<\/strong> and <strong>senior executives<\/strong> including Cheick Tirera, Alain Ti\u00e9mele and Diallo Adama, along with staff delegates. LONACI underscored its commitment to inclusive organisational planning and said \u201cthe meeting took place in a climate of trust, <strong>responsibility <\/strong>and friendliness&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, LONACI has set an ambitious 2026 revenue target of FCFA744.3bn (\u20ac1.12bn) as part of its <strong>broader growth plan<\/strong>, which focuses on <strong>digital expansion<\/strong>, product relaunches and strengthened distribution channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Constructive staff spirit <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On behalf of the staff, spokesperson <strong>Sidenonie Yobouet<\/strong> expressed her congratulations to the General Manager for the <strong>quality<\/strong> of his management and the performance achieved. She also presented various grievances on behalf of the staff, &#8220;in a constructive spirit&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LONACI reported <strong>record-breaking<\/strong> financial results in 2025.
