The signing ceremony in Dakar was led by LONASE Director General Dr. Toussaint Manga, with representatives from each company in attendance. Manga said the change aims to create fair arrangements that benefit all parties. He added that betting on these platforms supports legitimate gaming and channels profits back to the government.

Ousmane Ndiaye, hHead of LONASE Way, described the signing as the start of a shared effort. He said: “A partnership in its truest sense goes beyond a signature on paper. Manga said the company views online gaming as central to its future, particularly in countering unauthorised activities that undermine the economy.

Through these partnerships, LONASE seeks to leverage the operators’ technical and operational expertise while maintaining government oversight. LONASE’s experience with physical games such as PMU and lotto, via partners like GIA and Honoré Gaming, provides the foundation for this digital expansion.
