A central <strong>component<\/strong> of the plan is a significant<strong> increase<\/strong> in share capital, which will rise from FCFA400m (\u20ac610,000) to FCFA5bn (\u20ac7.63m), strengthening the company\u2019s <strong>financial base<\/strong> and enabling future investment and expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s strategy is anchored in a broader transformation agenda that prioritises <strong>digital acceleration<\/strong>, organisational <strong>efficiency<\/strong> and sustainable growth. LONACI is targeting FCFA744.3bn (\u20ac1.14bn) in <strong>revenue <\/strong>for 2026, as part of a multi-year development plan focused on<strong> innovation<\/strong>, transparency and social responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At a recent ceremony, Director General<strong> Dramane Coulibaly<\/strong> outlined the company\u2019s vision, stating: \u201cOur vision is to make LONACI the <strong>regional leader<\/strong> in games serving communities,\u201d according to Ivoirematin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lottery operator has also obtained the <strong>World Lottery Association (WLA)<\/strong> Responsible Gaming &#8211; <strong>Level 3 certification<\/strong>, highlighting its commitment to ethical and responsible gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LONACI expands ahead of 55th<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infrastructure investment<\/strong> also features prominently in the roadmap. Several major projects are currently underway, including the construction of a<strong> new headquarters<\/strong> in Plateau and the opening of additional branches in Korhogo and Abobo, strengthening LONACI\u2019s national footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 will also mark a <strong>milestone <\/strong>year for the lottery operator, with celebrations planned between April and June to commemorate LONACI\u2019s<strong> 55th anniversary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman of the Board of Directors <strong>Youssouf Fofana<\/strong> concluded the ceremony by praising what he described as an <strong>\u201cexceptional\u201d performance<\/strong> record, while emphasising that future growth must remain focused on the development of human capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>ambitious<\/strong> outlook builds on a solid financial foundation.
