In <strong>South Africa<\/strong> alone, sports betting revenue is projected to reach <strong>$768.6m in 2025<\/strong>, reflecting the country\u2019s dominant role in the regional market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the South Africa sub forecast, the Statista report added: \u201cUser penetration is<strong> 5.4 per cent<\/strong> in 2025 and is expected to hit 5.6 per cent by 2029.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysts further highlighted<strong> broader trends<\/strong> across Africa. \u201cPassion for sports and expanding internet<strong> connectivity<\/strong> are creating fertile conditions for sustained growth in online sports betting demand.
