Subramony’s impressive resume reads like a blueprint for the modern HR executive. His most recent position saw him leading HR strategy for Genpact across Middle East and Africa. Before that, he held senior roles at Massmart, including executive HR leadership at Massdiscounters (Game and DionWired) – culminating in his appointment as Head of HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also brings academic firepower, holding a postgraduate diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Financial Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additional training at GIBS, Regent Business School and the University of Cape Town further bolsters his people-focused, data-informed approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
