LONASE team visited Mauritius\u2019 Lottotech to gain insights on innovation, operations and responsible gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Mauritius.- Senegal\u2019s National Lottery <\/strong>(LONASE), visited Mauritius\u2019 Lottotech<\/strong> on a benchmarking mission aimed at enhancing operations and strengthening responsible gaming. The visit allowed LONASE to explore best practices<\/strong>, learn from Lottotech\u2019s expertise<\/strong> and identify strategies<\/strong> to improve lottery services for players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toussaint Manga<\/strong>, General Manager of LONASE, said: “At LONASE, our ambition for excellence<\/strong> is inseparable from our commitment<\/strong> to responsible play. This learning session took a question specific dimension.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session on December 4, LONASE engaged in discussions<\/strong> with Lottotech\u2019s team on operational <\/strong>best practices and integrating responsible gambling into everyday lottery management. The learning mission forms part of LONASE\u2019s strategy to strengthen its network<\/strong> and enhance the player experience while learning from established lottery operators internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manga highlighted Lottotech\u2019s achievements <\/strong>in the sector. “Lottotech, owner of the lotto monopoly in Mauritius, has reached the prestigious Level 4 certification<\/strong> in Responsible Gambling. This is a model of rigour that we wish not only to understand, but also to adopt in our transformation<\/strong> strategy,” said Manga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He described the session with Lottotech\u2019s representatives. “We held an intensive<\/strong> working session with the experts of Lottotech. They shared with us the importance of this process<\/strong>, the complex certification procedures and the lessons learned along their journey.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added: “As we leave this meeting, we remember that responsible gambling is not just an obligation<\/strong>, it is the basis of trust<\/strong> between our institutions and our bets. Certification is the tangible evidence of an ethical and secure management of our services.”<\/p>\n\n\n
