Scheduled for <strong>February 17 to 20, 2026<\/strong>, in <strong>Gaborone, Botswana<\/strong>, the event will gather operators, regulators, affiliates and technology providers to discuss the direction of online gaming and betting across the continent.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>more than 10 years<\/strong>, the BiG Africa Summit has been at the forefront of Africa\u2019s online gaming industry, fostering innovation, growth and integrity across the continent\u2019s gaming sector. The 12th edition will be further bolstered by AIA\u2019s partnership, contributing to the summit\u2019s impact through strategic promotion, logistical support and facilitated networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peter Emolemo Kesitilwe<\/strong>, AiA\u2019s CEO said: \u201cThe BiG Africa Summit continues to be a vital platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange in our industry. The African iGaming Alliance is proud to support an event that brings together regulators, operators and innovators to advance a responsible, inclusive and high-growth gaming ecosystem across the continent.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BiG Africa Summit 2026 introduces <strong>four specialised seminars<\/strong> alongside the main conference and expo. On <strong>February 17<\/strong>, attendees can participate in either the <strong>African Regulatory Seminar<\/strong>, focusing on licensing rules and cross-border issues, or the <strong>African Operators\u2019 Seminar<\/strong>, covering market entry and business strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next day features the <strong>SPiCE Up Diversity Seminar<\/strong> on equity in gaming and technology, alongside the <strong>Ethics and Compliance Seminar<\/strong> on player protection and standards.
