The National Lottery of C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (LONACI) joins CAF to support 24 top African national teams in the AFCON tournament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.- The Confederation of African Football<\/strong> (CAF) has listed the National Lottery of C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/strong> (LONACI) among the official competition sponsors for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations<\/strong> (AFCON), which will take place in Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The sponsorship highlights LONACI\u2019s ongoing support for African football and its commitment to engaging fans across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n LONACI appears alongside other recognised partners<\/strong> such as Rexona, Danone, Apsonic and Midea, helping to promote the tournament and engage fans across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n AFCON will feature matches across six Moroccan host cities<\/strong>: Rabat, Casablanca, F\u00e8s, Tangier, Marrakech and Agadir. The tournament will include 24 national teams<\/strong>, including some of Africa\u2019s biggest football nations such as host Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, South Africa and Kenya. These teams will compete in nine stadiums, promising a showcase of top-tier football<\/strong> talent and continental unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CAF General Secretary V\u00e9ron Omba said: \u201cAFCON is more than a football competition. It is a celebration of African unity<\/strong>, passion and excellence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n LONACI previously supported African football as a National Supporter for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations<\/strong> held in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. This reflects the organisation\u2019s continued commitment to sports development and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With LONACI\u2019s backing and other official partners, AFCON 2025 in Morocco is expected to be a well-organised and highly celebrated event, combining sporting excellence<\/strong> with African pride and fan engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n
