The Authority conducted the recent operation in collaboration with the <strong>Economic and Financial Criminal Unit<\/strong> and the <strong>Criminal Asset Recovery Agency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>destruction<\/strong> involved 110 illegal slot machines, 84 boxes and 13 bags of electrical and electronic components, carried out in the presence of administrative, judicial and traditional authorities. The initiative follows similar <strong>crackdowns<\/strong> in <strong>other regions<\/strong>, including Bouafl\u00e9, as part of the regulator\u2019s long-term plan to eliminate unauthorised gambling activities nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ARJH said in a press release: \u201cThe action was welcomed by the Sub-Prefect of Bingerville, Kapi\u00e9 Kon\u00e9, representing the Prefect of Abidjan. The Chairman of the Regulatory Council, <strong>Jules Dally<\/strong>, recalled the harmful effects of<strong> illegal gambling<\/strong>.
