The initiative aimed to keep employees fit, motivated and ready to deliver <strong>top-quality service<\/strong> to lottery players nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event on October 11, led by Director-General <strong>Mohamed Abdul-Salam<\/strong>, Deputy Director-General Eric Yeboah Wadie, and other senior managers, highlighted the connection between employee wellness and operational excellence. Staff are directly involved in conducting <strong>lottery draws<\/strong>, including major games such as the <strong>5\/90<\/strong>, the Monday Special and the National Weekly <strong>Lotto<\/strong>. Remaining alert enables employees to manage draws seamlessly, verify results and provide <strong>dependable service<\/strong> to <strong>players<\/strong> across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond managing lottery games, the NLA oversees <strong>licensed operators<\/strong>, ensures fair and <strong>transparent operations<\/strong> and promotes responsible gaming. It also generates <strong>revenue <\/strong>for social and development projects and channels proceeds into community initiatives through its <strong>Good Causes Foundation<\/strong>. These include healthcare, education, youth and sports development, and cultural projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Authority has embraced <strong>digital platforms<\/strong> like Websales and the 959# shortcode, making lottery participation more convenient and accessible to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Health Walk offered staff a chance to recharge, build team spirit and stay alert, preparing them to carry out <strong>daily operations<\/strong> efficiently.
